What new trends in psychology have stirred up your interest the most?

The NOW emergent cognitive noton(s), that the "psychopath and sociopath" are one, as is a manifest complex, dynamic disequilibrium of mental quantum entanglement(s), in the absence of cognitive Identity Resolution-IR and the reqired adaptive cognitive faculty(s) of sustainable conscioueness.
In general the postmodern turn in psychotherapy. More specifically the idea of social construction and psychotherapy. The space "between us" and focusing on ways to go forward together.
Social network analysis, organizational network analysis.
It's a powerfull too that allows us to map our our informal connections and explain whats going on behind the scenes.
Integrating ideas from critical theory (e.g., cultural studies methodologies, post-structural theory, queer theory)and social construction into practice.
Resisting the empirically-vacant, politically-driven mandate of so-called "evidence based practices" by utilizing empirically sound, consumer-driven feedback to inform the therapy process.
Transactinal psychology, has some real potential, methodologically.

Depends on the country everyone is developing the career. There is a well-developed trend in Spain which is Coaching, and also the link between meditation and Psychology: both sound interesting and helpful, but in my opinion I would like to mix them to receive a better understanding of everyday problems. Meditation would help coached people to clear their minds before establishing goals, and coaching could provide another view to manage anxiety with our own life.
