A marketing strategy begins with an idea. How are yours born?

By thinking through how things are done and looking at if there is a better way of doing it.

Most by reading, listening, and learning. I don't have to be the originator of an idea for it to be considered good.

I keep close contact with what's going on in the Blogging World. My personal experience blogging has given me tons of contacts, and has really helped me to learn what works and what doesn't when it comes to press promotions.

Additionally, a LOT of creativity is involved, along with a lot of personality and attention to detail. It's amazing what a hand-written note, a personalized email, even a "tweet" to someone will do for your brand.

Many professionals within the Infertility Industry were coming to me for advice and coaching. I was spending a lot of my free time with calls and e-mails and suddenly in dawned on me that there was a real need for this type of service. Coaching, developing new business ideas, and consulting were why people were coming to me and I thought that I should start a company aimed at the professionals in this industry along with guiding Intended Parents and Surrogates with the many choices they face. It was worked out beautifully so far!

Creatively followed by research to determine the validity and potential success.

My marketing ideas were formed early in life. When I was a Teenager I found it very difficult to afford buying stones for my collection and getting the help I needed. I made up my mind that should my dream of owning my own rock shop come true I would make my specimens affordable to everyone, especially to children. Our strategy is we would rather sell 10 items at $2.00 each than 4 items at $5.00 each.

My ideas start from a complete understanding of the product or service and how the customer uses and would need this product/service. You must first understand what value the product adds or offers to be able to market it. If you step back from trying to create a marketing strategy and look at how the customer would purchase and use the product, you can then come up with the right ideas for a marketing strategy. Once I look at things from the customers' perspective ideas seem to flow.

As I interview my clients I visualize their idea in the form of pictures which helps to create their marketing 'presence' as well as their web 'persona' allowing integration of thoughts and ideas into this highly competitive marketing world.

My ideas and strategies are born through research of the market and my consumers. I create new ways of doing business and new strategies by seeking what will make it better and trying new ideas and new ways to go about business.

In a word - NEED. I must realize the need for something, including both new creativity and a need for improvement. Without my acceptance of a need, my offerings are just fluff.

I wanted something easy to remember as well as easy to search for and find. 1st step of marketing - branding Yourself. Make Yourself different from all the rest. Which is scary to be sticking out there like some "crazy", "sore red thumb" because You Are different...at first, but that is what marketing yourself and Your Product is all about.
The Lady Limu moniker came about for 2 reasons. 1st to come to my mind was along the lines of the town "Avon Lady" from way back; then realizing that if i switched the words around it would be more fitting because I was starting my transition from being Anorexic to being Recovered from Anorexia with This product. Much like growing from a girl (ED) into a Lady (Recovered)

Some talents are given and some are developed. I have a creative side that allows me to look at a situation and ideas formulate in my head. Other times it takes research and paying attention to what's happening in the market to put together effective, timely and simple strategies that will actually work in helping the clients reach their goals and objectives.

I am always inspired and led by other people... their ideas... seeing their gifts and talents. Too often people focus on their own ideas... but I have learned...

1. Ideas are spiritual
1. Ideas are collective

Through these actions, yes... actions... all things become crystal clear leading to successful results!

My ideas have come from the failures (many failures) I have experienced the last 5 years. This time around I learn from what I failed at and implement new solutions toward the success I envision.

My ideas also come from other people who have been successful in the same industry as myself. This way minimizes my mistakes and can learn from the ones who have had success much quicker.
