What significant changes do you think Obama can bring about along his presidential term?
Following his current path, I feel he will lead this country to a place we have never been before. Freedoms are being stripped away at alarming rates. Any of his major legislations will lead to financial ruin to working families. Spreading the wealth will mean less wealth will be created meaning less jobs and greater unemployment and so on. The Feds are taking over private industry as never before in American history, although it has been done in other countries to their people’s demise.
Unless he starts enforcing the Constitution, I see no good end to this administration and his Congress’ efforts.

The "significant change" brought about by the current President of the United Corporations of America is a shift in the "fear and loathing" paradigm. Otherwise, it seems to be business as usual; rape of the proletariat and the world by the bourgeois elite.
Well, he can take this country from the free, wealthy nation that we are and turn it into a third world dictatorship with no end of anarchy... Oh, he's already trying to do that now, isn't he?
Abolish the War on Drugs.
Reform Health Insurance and allow complete freedom in health care choices, including alternative methods.
Bring troops home and guard our borders.
I think he would bring more damage and suffering during his presidential term.

He is a prisoner of business conglomerates and influential congressmen.
A belief that the US is not as evil as the previous administration made us out to be.
I'll tentatively answer this one as I'm not living in the US of A.
From what I can see here, healthcare seems to be his horse at the moment. For those who live in there, it might be the most significant change.
As for the banking sector being reined in, give me a break: since Woldroom Wilson sold the country to the Federal Reserve in 1916, banks are making the rain fall and the sun shine in USA. And unless the army intervenes, it will never change at this point. And if it tries to intervene, with what money will it be paid?
