Whohub

If you are just beginning, don't ever give up on your passion.

Its a long hard ride, stay true and don't give up, set goals for yourself and always look to your elders with respect we learn the most from those with experience. Our elders have sacrificed much for us, the least we could do is remember.

dont be temperamental - if you want to earn a living - make art everyday

Be patient, always believe in yourself and never let anyone put you down. Look at examples that other people are doing in your field and try to pick up tips. Google for tutorials and ask friends and family for honest answers. Find a website where you can display your work and join as many groups/talk to as many people as you can. Network and get feedback.

Challenge yourself.

Keep going even if you fail a lot. You have to get a certain amount of failure out of your system before you can start growing in what you are doing.

Decide today if this is really what you want to do and if it is know that this has to be what you want to do for the rest of your life. Take your time and learn everything you can about your craft because you have the rest of your life to do it. Ask every Artist you can for advice but never take that advice for granted, knowledge is power even in the Art industry and most Artists have had to work at something for many years and if they are giving you tips for free that took them years to learn consider that gold!

Hard work pays.

Keep going - no matter what happens, its worth it in the end. The hardships you endure whilst you go through the maturing process are all part of the end goal

Experient and find your medium. Never give up on your passion and ignore cynics. You have the dream, use your ability to make it exist.

DO NOT STOP. But if the art does not satisfy you, then go and try something else.

you CANNOT compare yourself or your style to any other artist in your field, it leads to nothing interesting or creative. just focus on your skill and bettering the style you have

Don't stop, always try to improve, and pick a niche.
