Which of your jobs or tasks do you most enjoy?

I enjoy interacting with people. I find that being an artist, I enjoy being alone a lot, so doing craft fairs, shopping or writing and art groups or classes help me to get a bit of a social life in.
I most enjoy the carving part of printmaking with linoleum. It is extremely hands on and when I see the shavings of linoleum I know that I have worked hard.
Character design.
I enjoy creating work on photoshop the most.
There are two tasks I really enjoy in my arts based work environment.
One: I enjoy matting and framing works of art. There is a simple pleasure in the act of making a work look more presentable, I guess I would say, for display purposes.
Two: I enjoy being an assistant gallery director. For me it is the challenge of ensuring things run smoothly and the act of hanging a show which are so compelling.
Both of these tasks make use of my analytical mind because they can be challenging and need to have alternative solutions developed.
I enjoy all of it! If I didn't, i wouldn't do it.
I enjoy taking photographs and editing photos as well as doing graphic design jobs.
Ones that are challenging but rewarding.
Those where I'm able to have creative input and put my talents to good use. Mostly, I enjoy working for friends with strong ideas.
The whole process it's a beautiful journey. The journey is the reward.
Traveling and networking - Fashion Week is obviously a wonderful way to do so. |
