Bread making. 


I have a passion for learning the art of chocolate. It is a dying art and I want to learn as much as possible about it to help preserve the special nature of it. 


In terms of baking and sugar craft there is always something to learn. Would like to do more patisserie 


I do a lot of preserving, Jams, pickles and chutneys but i am currently really getting in to preserving meats. Be it hams, jerkies to salamis and other cured products. 


I would like to hone my sugar and chocolate skills. 


That list is too long but in short; every technique I dont currently know. 


Any - i am always open for things new or brush up on 


I'm content with the techniques I know for now, although I'm opened to learning everything that makes cooking faster, and life - easier. 


I am interested in learning how to create really good sauces. I would like to learn how to grill the perfect steak. I would also like to improve my knife techniques.
