What do you do to maintain morale and continue persevering in low times?
Low times happens to all. We look to come out of it as soon as possible always have a positive vibe by not letting the employees know. i.e always keep the employees at their best spirit. Even at low times. a push or support is what they will need. Always making sure they get that n a bit extra so their productivity is never low.
Usually eat too many biscuits and talk to the cat!
Sometimes I have to just go out and get some fresh air or talk to people about something entirely different. That clears the head and enables you to re-focus.
I just keep working - getting an order always makes me feel better
Owning your own business is pretty much like a roller coaster ride. You have to remember the success you've had when you're at the bottom of the ride, and believe that you'll get back to the "high".
I regularly surround and connect myself with positive, enthusiastic and driven people with similar or common goals to me. Fortunately for me I have a number of colleagues building their own businesses both alongside and in partnership with me and we are all about helping and supporting each other.
Working with people who can support me when I'm riding the emotional roller coaster is important. In addition, my wife and kids keep me balanced and focused.
I go out of my way to save and celebrate praise. I keep e-mails and cards that thank me for helping. I keep my dreams fresh in my mind.

Your attitude is a choice.
If you need an attitude adjustment it can be as simple as going for a walk.
Brainstorming is a great way to see other perspectives and reboost your engine so to speak.
I do Yoga and I eat more :)
Wow well this is really a daily thing. I put my hand to my chest, feel my heart beating, thank God I'm still alive and know that I still have a purpose to fullfil. I come home end of the day and I just know that I did good today regardless and tomorrow it can only get better.
Create new ideas and remember to be flexible
I like to read self-development motivational books. I try to read at least one a month. I also try to avoid the news on tv which always seems to be negative. Another thing I do is to go back to old goals and targets. I look at the forms and am often surprised at how much better off I am than the previous year. Puts everything into context.
I speak to my boyfriend and he tells me I would be crazy to give it up when I've come so far! He's right. When I'm low on orders I simply go and network online. I'm never quiet for long.
A positive attitude is important - if one thing doesn't work then I'll move on to something else. Keeping people with positive energies around me is very important as well.
I'm determined and I believe in our products and myself. I'm proud to be doing what I am so I feel amazing working at it!
