I have a key person who manages everybody else. She has been with me since 2006 and basically runs the show, which allows me to focus on ideas that make money.
Only a fool would take on all tasks alone. There are a myriad of tasks and projects that are contracted and outsourced.
Well we do have full time employees they do work on projects .

It also allows us to offer a wide and growing range of skills to our clients without the overheads of having a large number of permanent employees. We hire designers, developers, UX experts, SEO experts and social networking gurus. Also on the look out for app developers for future projects as well - so it's an evolving pool of talent.
We have many people that work for the brand. We have the web developers, creative directors, editors, admin...the list goes on
I'm very much an advocate of home business and for that reason I tend to outsource work to home based businesses. Generally, I have the philosophy that if I support home based business then I'm helping them create a successful business and in return they help me build mine. It's worked well so far.

Yes, my part-time assistant. She helps me with social media, sending out samples, and other miscellaneous tasks.
