Is art necessary?
It is indispensable in life, for it enhances our perception of what happens around us, and as necessary as deep beliefs, convictions and willpower.
Art is vital to the continual development of humanity. The problem is with the increase of technology and the speed to which things are done I think people forget to take a step back, pause and appreciate something so magnificently crafted.
Who knows?
No. We could live and breath our entire lifetime without art, but who would want to? We could also live our lives without cake. On the other hand, art is vital to history. Art will express the mood of our life and times for generations to come.

Yes the perceptions of the role of Art have been challenged by the growing culture of collectors that hunger for the various styles of work that the market offers today. They believe that art can do more than just hide in a vault or hang on a wall, art can inspire on a much grander scale today more than ever in history. The world is operating on the 24 hour clock with Artist stepping up every hour. In every unfortunate disaster or Charity there is always an Artist, who can contribute their work to help inspire action to other people or groups to join together.

most likely. i read somewhere that brain research confirms that arts and arts education strengthens problem-solving and critical thinking skills of humans.. i do believe in this, and art is the source we get inspired to create the things we use in our daily life.. the cars we drive, the kitchen stuff we use to eat whatever comes to your mind is a bit a piece of art and creativity to make the human life a little bit more easier, comfortable and liveable.
Yes. Without it, life would be boring. Even those who claim not to care about art really do. Art is in everything we have from the clothes you wear, no matter how much you care about fashion or not, to the car drive to the place you live. Everything must be designed and designing comes from creativity and being creative is art.
