What areas of health or of medicine are you most interested in devoting yourself to in the next few years?
I love giving lectures and teaching classes - to the general public, but especially to ambitious bodyworkers and movement instructors.
Next year I want to get the "Advanced Rolfing" certification and start teaching for the Rolf Institute.
Medical doctors are increasingly interested in preventive medicine, and I want to do more for their education about injury prevention.
I'm loving it that more and more of my clients are medical professionals who experience for themselves what my methods can do for drug-free pain relief.
Wellness, and yoga -- Techniques for quieting the mind, and tapping into self awareness. I want to help my students create a practice for themselves where they will be able to offset suffering on all levels, and increase their endurance for all the things they love to do.
Occupational Heath and Safety
In general they cal it the alternative medicines.
Natural, minerals, herbs and learning more of the use of it.
Getting more contral of my mind, body by things like yoga, jiu jitsu
Grandmothers tips are easy and a lot of times effective. ( how it was done before a healtcare industrie was there to make profit)

I'm a health and fitness writer, so I'm all about prevention.
Last year we shifted our donations, incorporating the Ishan Gala Foundation, which focuses on pediatric cancer, and the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation, which focuses on funding new researchers with more innovative ideas, who ordinarily wouldn't get the opportunity to work on their projects.
I'll always be devoted to mental health and I'm extremely interested in naturalistic medicine.
