What is your definition of health, and of a healthy life?
Health is not the abscense of disease-it is Vibrant Health. Humans are made of the elements of nature. Earth, wind, fire, water and space are in us and all around us. We are vessels that take in the elements and give them back out. When we are in balance, we move through and digest these elements in a natural flow. When we are out of balance we develop blockages that prevents the elements from either coming in or releasing. This blockage results in symptoms of disease. As we become more aware of how to flow, we strengthen our immune system and experience Vibrant Health.
The maintenance of mind and body to a level that helps you do all the things you'd like to.
Health is holistic well-being in the absence of disease and injury. Holistic well-being encompasses, mental, spiritual, social and the physical.
Strong body, mind and spirit. The ability to be optimistic, and embrace natural challenges as they present themselves. A strong, healthy body and mind enable one to experience life more positively.
A person who is mentally physically, socially and spritually healthy is healthy
Happy, not in pain and looking forward to tomorrow.
For me health is about total overall fitness inside and out. It's not about being thin. It's about being living a healthy, active lifestyle by making better choices in food and other substances that we put in our bodies.
Love life and respect all of God's creatures. Worry more about fixing yourself than about the issues of others. |
