There are some who are addicted to the endorphins produced by exercise. Is that a problem?
Again, Darts is not a physical sport, but I do believe keeping yourself in good shape is a big help to your mental approach, and your well being.
I have often wanted to write a book with a title something like..." I love getting in shape but hate staying in shape" There comes a point in exercise for me when it becomes boring. I stop for a few months, eat my favorite foods put on some weight and start back into an exercise program. Then repeat the same over and over. So the addiction you refer to is not a problem for me.
at all, i think endorphins is a positive thing.
I think endorphins are great and they are the bodies reward for using the amazing gift we've been given to its fullest.
Not at all. Infact they're the people you give the most paintballs too..
Not for me but I understand that it can become an issue for some people.
There is a line where it becomes a problem, health wise. There are people who are addicted to running, but if you run too much and too often, your bones will deteriorate and you'll have other health problems.
However, being addicted to the endorphins is okay in my opinion. |
