How indispensable are you? Would your business survive if took you a year’s sabbatical?
Yes. We are fortunate to have 'organic' growth and have not brought-on debt and continue to steadily grow despite the overall economic downturn.

I like to think that I play a very important role in the company. As Director of Operations I head up many sections of the business, and I have recently taken on more roles that were missing from the company and have learned a lot about other areas of business that I may have never had the opportunity to learn. Besides that, I would worry too much to take a year off!
I can live off the residual income which is the money that come in every month wither I work or not but that's not really who I am. I won't be able to eat if then people that Im with isn't eating good. I put my plan that I'm very passion about first because I know if I keep doing what I'm doing I will earn what belong to myself.
No way! We are still in the growth stage. Maybe 4-5 years down the road I can take a sabbatical. I'd like to walk the road to Santiago someday! |
