BUSINESS
Do you see in your business a margin to optimize processes and reduce costs? How would you do that?
In my industry, we are very margin focused, though we are all eating away at each other's margins. I wish I had more, but I'm happy making up the lost income on additional clients than all on a few.

Outsourcing back of house functions and automating many routine functions is possible but I still have a labour intensive business due to the high level of customer care
Yes, we can become more efficient with a few mores changes.

Yes - and it's very much about getting back to basics plus ultilising the latest technology - which is often free these days - like QR codes or Apps
By having a team of Nationwide coffee machine engineers we can provide a servicing or hygiene maintenance appointment close to the customer - decreasing both the response time and car emissions, and increasing employment on our servicing side of the business.
We have a product called Dreamtrip membership and I don't care how much you currently making everyone enjoy saving. If you find the same products that we got and compared to the other places the company will give let you go on that trip for free. So if you can show the people it's real the game changes a little. |
