I have lots of ideas written down, and I think the fact I perhaps have not tried them yet is because I'm not that compelled to do so, which probably means its not a very good idea.
I've always wanted to write an opera, or at least liked the idea of it.. The problem is, I can't write music, I can't sing, and I don't play an instrument
That's tough, I live in my head on a moment to moment basis, ill have to come back to that one :)
1. I created a concept for a social network around 17 years ago but had no money to pay a programmer. That still is a kick in my butt everytime i log into facebook..

I'm not 100% what this question means. Do you mean something that someone else has created that I wish I would have done, or things that I would like to make in the future?

Layering multiple acoustic tracks to make songs... Zoe Keating beat me to the ball on that.
Taking classical music and interpreting it for a modern audience... Josh Groban and many others have done this.
I don't know the technical term for it, but you may have seen it in August Rush where they slap and pluck the strings of a guitar to make unique sounds... I've seen it done on cello too and got really jealous... so yeah, playing instruments in different ways would be the last one.
