We now use only merino wool fabric from from the acknowledged world leader for high performance double-knit jersey merino, Designer Textiles, based in Auckland.
This uses Zque wool, and together with our manufacturing partner Soma-President Ltd., who in the past made for Icebreaker before they moved their production to China. These companies, combined with our simple, versatile, multifunctional designs, make our merino outdoor clothing the best there is.
As well as our own designs, we are also bringing in Merino-Possum knitwear and accessories made for us by MKM Ltd.
All our manufacturing partners are all New Zealand-based. We are now the only company left in Europe that can honestly claim their products are Pure New Zealand-made.

My business has taken on a higher level of responsibility because I feel that when helping others you must show dedication, desire, and determination.
We are responding to a number of economic factors based on the business cycle and shift emerging from that recent down-cycle. We are a mesh organization meaning that we do not hold a high level of bench (staff available to work), instead we drive a higher compensation model for staff when they do work and they are unpaid when they are not working. This allows for a number of creative options where staff can achieve a better work-life balance. We find that if a staff member is 50% billable during the year they can achieve 110% of the compensation level based on a tradition employee-driven model.
