What are your favorite gadgets? If someone can't find you, what store would they need to go to in order to look for you?

Favorite gadgets include my camera (Canon Powershot S100), my phone (Droid Bionic, but I'm lusting after a Samsung Galaxy III), Motorola Xoom (tablet, Android), Macbook Air (it's so light!) and Kindle.
I'm a tech geek, so I don't leave home often :) But when I do, it's a good guess I'll be stopping at Starbucks or Target!
I can't leave anywhere without my Samsung Galaxy SII (waiting for my SIII currently), my iPad and laptop.
If I can not be found, look for me at the nearest electronics store or electronics department of the store we are in.
Probably Barnes & Noble Book Store is where you'd find employees of Genuitec; when not working we're reading and having fun. Actually staying off gadgets because our work life requires we use them is something that we practice - time away. That said, Android tablets and phones, iPhones and iPad, and Kindle Fires make up the gadgets in our pockets and briefcases. Some of us travel with wifi hotspots, others with laptops running insane hardware to continually meet enterprise demands on the road.
I am not really a gadget person. Though I have a bunch. Probably my favorite gadget is my TV-B-Gone Pro remote control (which is why I invented it, and sell it).
I avoid stores, but only go there when they sell something I feel I really want (like, a thrift store to buy pants, when my older ones are wearing out, or a store to buy AA batteries for my workshops that I teach).
There's so many things I really love doing, and not nearly enough time to do all of them, so given a choice, I'll choose to work and play on those things, rather than go to a store.
I'm very practical and I don't like to have unuseful gadgets around me. Most of the times I visit a shopping center I enter the shop where they sell electronic gadgets.

My phone (of course) and my laptop. You can probably find me in a bookstore or a music store.
My camera, my cellphone, my android tablet. There's a place here in Sao Paulo where you can find all of them, Santa Ifigenia. A place full of stores. |
