|Does pressure impede your concentration or is it a stimulus to outdo yourself?
Pressure has always been a motivator to accomplish what I have set out to do, however, I would be lying if I said I have never been distracted!
Too much of anything is detrimental in the long run. Some pressure at certain times is a good thing to stimulate those creative juices.
When I'm onsite, it's usually on "down system" situations involving hundreds of people prevented from working. While I'd do my best to fix the situation ASAP, I also must reassure the customer which is rather distressed by the situation on top of coordinating various personnel in order to solve everything.
So while it's very stimulating, the stress also takes its toll. The consequences are however showing themselves .after. the fact.
pressure is good at a certain level
I work best under pressure.
Pressure pushes me achieve results I would not get without it. It can limit creativity, however.
Stimulus couldn't outdo me, truthfully we only sold a few copies of it.
It's a pressure to get better. You should reinvent yourself every few months.
I need pressure to get me working. Pressure is my driving force.
In my case there is no pressure that is able to put me off road. If a client or a boss are acting like assholes just for the sake of it, I am sorry, but I quit. I am not there to play dumb, I am hired to solve a problem, and that is what I do. On the other hand, pressure can come from other areas, such as unplanned bugs in production or something like that, and then you need to think fast and solve it quickly and swiftly. That kind of challenge excites me and do work as stimulus to outdo myself, for sure.
Pressure is stimulus if managed with intelligence
I do not work as well under pressure. Haste makes waste.
Pressure is a requirement for success
No I dedicate my self to my interested work, so I donot face any pressure or any sorts of that kind.
