Which one is needed to work in technology: great patience, or an especially ordered mind?
Patience. And a good plan that everyone signs off on.
You can use whatever resources you have available. If you are patient, you can make good use of it. If you are very well organized, you can make good use of this. If you think a zillion miles a second, and come up with idea after idea -- you can make great use of that. If you are impatient, and go from one project to another, then you can make use of that. The main thing is to explore, and hopefully find things you love doing, and do it. And see what happens. And learn from your experience. And you can draw from that experience, and then do (hopefully) more cool things.
You definitely need patience, and you need to be precise about certain things or your project will not work. So I would say you need both.
I think patience with yourself would come first. You must be able to set a comfortable pace for yourself.
An especially ordered mind.
Both must be balanced.
A mixture of both.
