A create expression of life and perception
I have no idea but I like a lot of it!

A game with no rules
Art is whatever you say it is. Personally I think of my whole life as a piece of art.
A piece of work that inspires, delights and moves you in some way
No idea.
Maybe a legal designers' madness that keeps people culturally awake?
And culture connects and gives identity.
What is not?
Art is something that takes a person beyond their normal experience
Anything and everything. And then it's all about interpretation.
Art is everywhere. An aesthetic experience is accessible to anyone. It is appreciating life through the senses, emotiions, cognitions, and spiritual experience.
A painting becomes "art" when the viewer has an emotional reaction to what is painted. Essentially, the viewer completes and joins with the artist in the creation of "art".
I used to think art was skill and technique, shock and awe, inspiration and power but its alot harder to define now as the older and wiser I get. Art is everything and nothing. Its everywhere around us, whether we notice it or not. It influences everything we touch, see, and feel. It is society and society reflects it.
Art is one Universal language expressed in many forms.
I mean there are 2 different levels of art. Art by itself and and commersial art. Art by itself is art that is provoking or inflict people/society in a way so it makes a process that changes the society and the way we behave and our likes and dislikes. REAL ART is very powerful and has more to say than we are aware of. It can inflict technology, philosphy, politics, science. Anything that are created of human inspiration and romance for our own everyday use is all inflicted by the time we are in. Time and art is very connected and in order to create something new like any kind of pheriperal or elecrical item you should be aware of the time and the design it requires. But even by not being aware you still will make it timely but maybe not so advanced as it could be with thinking specific. But still it will be within a basic timestyle.
Commersial art is just made to sell and create income but are in some cases also inflicting our society the same way as art does. There are a small grayzone between art and commersial art. Sometimes real art becomes commersial as well at least after some time after it has become known. Then later it becomes classic art. Most of the commersial art of today is also in the interactive world like C programming graphics, 3D grapics and normal 2D photoshop art. Digital TV news intros and other intros on film and tv. Special graphics for film/TV series and illustrations for news and magazines or the web. Has all a fundamental commersial thought and the art that follows is also commersial. Unless the provider does specifically want to use an artist on the artists own rules.   | | |
