What is art?
Man's response/interpretation of his culture/surroundings
A= (C+C+C) x (P)= L
Art= (Communication + Constant work + Creativity) x (Passion) = Love
thats how I see Art :) ((I dont know if my equation is mathematically right, but I guess its understandable ;))
For me, art is the beauty in nature I want to capture and recreate on canvas.
Art is one of our last chances to elevate humanity out of the mess we've made of the world.
The definition of art is in the eye of the beholder. What is felt to be art to one person could mean something entirely different to someone else.
Art is the ultimate result of the relationship between the artist and its muses. Art is as much in the eye of the beholder, as it is in the mind of its creator. An empty canvas is the perfect vessel to show your point of view on any issue that moves you. Using your own and unique style, you not only define yourself, but the mystery you want to unveil.
To say it simply, art is self-expression in any form. Poetry, music, yelling insults from your balcony, dressing like a chicken & dancing...
art is a way to express your feelings
In few words, for me, art is to materialize feelings that transmit a message.
I feel that art is the expression of one's soul. The outward pouring of feelings that result from interaction with the world around them. The response to human, spiritual and earthly nature felt deeply and crying for release.
Art is really the process. The art work for me is a memory of the process that I enjoy so much.
An object, or an idea that impresses your emotions. Art is storytelling that affects you, makes you feel something.
Art is that which stills my intellect, enchants my soul and stirs my heart.
Art is that which immerses us in the experience of another reality defined by, and in terms of, the art work itself.
Art is an abstraction and an interpretation of reality. |
