hmm, its depend of time. idea can born when we have some unique expression into something.
inspiration is the way to create anything as long as we try it.
Ideas are born out of history, current events and people around me for my inspiration
My environment, music, things people say, things I see. Everything.
Inspiration can spawn from anywhere really. I read a tremendous amount and it is from reading that I get most of my conceptual ideas. More figurative pieces come from exploring the city's, by walking their street, gazing at their buildings. I sketch a lot and take photographs of what I find intriguing, these are the seeds for future works.
I walk around. A lot of times, I take hot baths.
Any beautiful thing that I see inspires me. I usually work from photographs so beautiful photography especially inspires me. Whether it's a photograph of a beautiful person, a rustic park bench, a flower, an insect, a sunset, or landscape, I love to recreate beautiful photos on canvas with paint.
its the hardest question for me.i have to combine two persons in myself.it means,one of theese person is a personification of idea and inspiration,permanently.While working,i let this person to control me.

Crap, I totally just screwed up my whole thing about how I define myself as an artist.
WHO AM I?
In my case, an idea is born through the very rapid process of scenario acceptance or rejection. What fits? What doesn't? If fits, where does this path lead to? What if I tweeked it this way, or that way? etc. When I have finished these mental gymnastics, I let an idea settle. It will then either grow and bloom, or it will wither and die. The public never get to see the dead ideas, but these always outnumber the blooming good ones - and by quite some margin.
When my work is required, naturally born.
I think ideas and inspiration are linked to the faculty of observing the world around you and letting your brain transform the informations you get into something different.
inspiration is everywhere! within a lyric, a melody, an environment, a conversation, a feeling, a personality, a connection, the past, the present, the future, ambitions, dreams, other artists, beautiful objects, beautiful people. as long as there is meaning behind it and originality is incorporated, any idea can be a great foundation to a developed and well-refined end product. for me, i know to go with an idea when i truly feel, and am stimulated by it. passion is everything. |
