Do you think you are up to date in your sector? How do you keep up to date?
We are definitely trying to stay up to date in our sector. We are constantly networking with like-minded professionals.
Well no I am surely not up to date with going devices. I am studying something else totally different than my profession.
No, I am not up-to-date, but it doesn't take much time to refresh when given the opportunity to do a job, oversee a project.
I take various relevent as faculty for various subjects to promissing professionals every month .Keep abrest with latest journals.

I read technical magazines, books. Not only in Mechanical Engineering but also in Technology - I am very interested in new technologies - especially from mobile technology, like tablets, smartphones etc.
I'm lucky to work for a company that is always on the bleeding edge of technology so I get to use things like Openflow which other companies have not even considered rolling out yet.
I have to keep up to date just to be able to do my job. We get regular training and we are also expected to do our own research.
Read up on new versions of the systems & other process control systems.
Am not up to date, one can only be up to date in my field of profession once he or she has meet all the requirement of the company and has serve for up to 2-5 period of years with professional aids |
