|Your biography in four lines.
I grew up in small town USA, graduated high school. I am from a medical family so grew up "the black sheep", my calling was not to become a doctor. I realized early that I was inspired visually,and was able to translate that into art. I have been working ever sense 30 years worth! I would not change any of it!!
Donovan deconstructs images and appropriate their content for use in unexpected compositions. The perspective in the images is both plural and ambiguous which creates an intense creative world where his consciousness gives way to the subconscious and leads him on a path of self-discovery
I am an award-winning artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) '04. Whle at RISD, I studied classical drawing and painting techniques, illustration, puppetry, as well as theater/costume design & music at Brown University. I have been working as a freelance illustrator, "fiddlinist", puppeteer and instructor ever since. I currently live and work in Berkeley CA where I am living my dream of co-creating an artistic, musical communal household.
Though I find traditional realism rewarding, my sensibilities lean more towards the surreal and horrific.Ē Adams proclaims: "Mankindís primal instincts are the true grit driving my imagination. Itís more interesting to portray what I see beneath the surface instead of what society places on the outside
I was raised by awesome parents who encouraged me and let me paint cartoon characters all over my bedroom. While in college pursuing my B.F.A., I developed an obsession with pattern which has still never left me. I gained a tremendous amount of experience working as a product designer full time, and now I freelance.
Ursula is a New Yorker who sometimes makes pictures and sometimes makes words, and often sits very very still and tries to pyrokinetically melt herself from the inside out.

Karen Penn is a native of Boston and a graduate of Massachusetts College of Art where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts. Karen enjoys combining imagination with her passion for art to "bring vision to life".
I come from a large fun creative multicultural family that loves to laugh. Enjoy the Metropolitan Opera and "A Night at the Opera". Love travel, nature, & languages. Have taken odd jobs for funny ideas and scenarios to put in my artwork. Occasionally collaborate on gigs with my artist husband.

Leslie Hoops-Wallace, wildlife artist and animal illustrator. Fine artist painter in middle Georgia. I have a BFA in Illustraton from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco. I enjoyed the west, but feel more at home in the south. SO here I am, and I paint what I love, animals.
