I come from a large fun creative multicultural family that loves to laugh. Enjoy the Metropolitan Opera and "A Night at the Opera". Love travel, nature, & languages. Have taken odd jobs for funny ideas and scenarios to put in my artwork. Occasionally collaborate on gigs with my artist husband.

Leslie Hoops-Wallace, wildlife artist and animal illustrator. Fine artist painter in middle Georgia. I have a BFA in Illustraton from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco. I enjoyed the west, but feel more at home in the south. SO here I am, and I paint what I love, animals.
I'm a painter/illustrator/art instructor and sometimes children's book author. My travels have taken me to many amazing places all of which have influenced my work. My husband is my soul mate. I love being an artist.

As a child I loved drawing and painting. Through my teens I continued and painted my first wall during the year of 1996. Many walls have since been created for an impressive array of aficionados.
These experiences improved my drawing skills and ability to work quickly under pressure as well as giving me an education inside the art industry.

When she was a girl, Tina thought she would graduate high school, get married, have children...and that was that. It turned out to be anything but that vision, and a whole lot more interesting! Graduated college with a BA in Anthropoogy and Art, having one (incredible) child, getting divorced, becoming creative, starting over and over again...very interesting!
I'm a person who likes things and dislikes things. Nobody special. I'm just like everybody else. The only odd thing about me is my strange obsession with art and humans (my flaws, especially. I am my own labrat). But then again, I can say the same thing for you, yes?
As a child I was inspired by my talented grandmother to someday become a working artist. Since then I have studied art all throughout high school and into my college career. Also, I have done some freelance work and have been published in local magazines. I hope to return to Fredonia State University in the fall.
I began my creative life with music and dance - running my own dance studio when I was in my twenties. That progressed into a dance and stage boutique incorporating a costume hire wardrobe; from that into creative writing; a handmade papermaking business; and finally developing into becoming a professional painter.
