I was born in California and lived near the ocean for many years, but spent more time in Washington state. I am a self-taught artist, primarily although I have had some art classes and many years of dance and music. My husband is also an artist and we have two sons; one is a filmmaker and our other son is a composer. My husband and I have an art gallery in Salt Lake City and also give children's art classes.
1. I grew up with music as my dad is a musician, so I learned in a very young age how to be creative, individual and how to try out everything new.
2. I graduated from a 3 year training for hotel and hospitality, and worked as a front desk agent ever since.
3. I taught myself how to photograph, how to draw, how to design a web page and how to express yourself through writing.
4. I have seen a lot of different countries already, and that helps me to be inspired by everything and anything.
I have a BA in Visual Arts and a professional art degree from City Art Institute, Sydney Australia.
I have owned a 400 student art school in Sydney, and two art galleries on the island of Maui, Hawaii.
I now teach as a guest tutor for several art societies in the USA and Australia.
My love for creating started at a very young age.
For too long, I allowed other responsibilities keep me from artistic pursuits.

I make my living both as a visual artist and as a musical artist. As a professional opera singer, I have performed many roles in the United States and abroad and I have taught voice for more than 20 years. I found my passion for painting in 1986, and have been engaged in dual careers ever since.

I was born in Kingston, Jamaica in 1974 an island whose motto is "Out of Many One People" the images in my work reflect this there is no specific race represented. I graduated from the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts, Kingston, Jamaica in 1995 with a diploma in Graphic Design and I was also the Valedictorian that year. In 1999 I graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a Masters of Architecture, Providence, RI.
I was born in San Jose, Costa Rica. Raised in the US since I was 2. I am a self taught artist. I work outside my home as a caricature and pastel portrait artist.
I am a freelance artist/designer living on the coast of NSW with my encouraging and tolerant family.
I am mostly self taught in most areas of my art, and I belong to the Folk & Decorative Artists Association of Australia.
I have done freelance design work for Australian Girl Dolls and Brandcorp's Semco stitch range, and had a project published in Handmade Magazine in 2008.
I am a self taught artist, and have painted since I was a child. In my early years, I painted abstract art. After making a career as a graphic artist, I returned to my first love of painting fine art. My current style reflects a broader sense of wisdom from the perspective of both visual and personal experience. Though my paintings are realistic, you will still find a contemporary feel and style echoing the boldness and drama of my graphic arts and abstract painting background. My style reflects simple composition that evokes a feeling expressed through strong colors and pure design. I live in the small town of Stillwater, NY, east of Saratoga Springs, and show my work in Saratoga Springs, NY and Rockport, MA. I am a member of the Saratoga County Council of the Arts, and the Rockport Art Association.
