once someone choices to undertake a coaching session, they have already made the commitment to change and people will often notice a change in themselves from booking the appointment and having their first coaching session. Employment king will help you move forward and we will support you at your own pace.

Commitment can be conscious or unconscious. It is a perceived agreement to follow a designated path or attain a goal. Each individual commits differently and the formal or conscious agreement is supported or undermined by the unconscious agreement. It is as important as the person's desire for the commitment.

When we are committed to living purposeful, happy lives, it isn't enough to just say we are committed. A plan of action is a must, or else goals just remain dreams. A commitment itself does not build character or wealth--fulfilling it does. I help my clients stick to their commitments, and I don't let them get away with the usual excuses!

One has to have a firm commitment to self before they can have an honest and true commitment to another. Standing firm and resolute in ones own morals, ethics and beliefs and not imposing them on others.

No commitment, no passion, no progress.

In the case of the huge number of corporate employees stuck in their pods who only go in to pick up the money, this represents a huge human waste, never mind the corporate financial waste.

Corporates are too often so poor at generating commitment amongst staff, and it really needn't be like that !

Personal development also needs openness, as well as commitment. We need to be open to new ideas, not suspicious of them. And looking for new ways to work with other people. For all of us, though, suppliers or partners have to help us make sense of things before we can commit to going down a particular path. How many times have we not been sure, spent good money or time, and got no value at the end of it all ?

Commitment is defined as a state of mind that come rain or shine you are going to accomplish what you set out to do. Commitment is determination to accomplish. When a client follows through with a commitment they have gained self respect and achievement towards a set out goal. This intern gives the client satisfaction and the self belief that any goal can be achieved with followthrough.

Commitment is everything in this work. Moving from unknown to celebrity, best-selling author is a process, and often a long haul. Most wanna be authors fail because at the end of the day, they lack the commitment to see it through. You have to believe in your self and your work more than you believe in quitting. And you have to re-commit each and every day, or it's too easy to say "why bother?"
I believe commitment develops a person's integrity muscle. When you lack commitment, and flit from idea to idea, you train your consciousness that you're a quitter, so it gets harder and harder to see things through to completion.

Commitment is all about assuring Self & Others about certain things which are to be done, Performed & delivered in the Time frame agreed up on.

It’s a Promise. A promise is an Obligatory to be Lived & Fulfilled. Its also Turning Up & Taking Charge. There are no two ways about it.

Commitment is of utmost importance in the development of a Person, as it brings in Courage, Clarity in Thoughts & Definiteness in Actions, Resulting in to Development.

Do you mean the concept OF commitment?

I think change is hard. If it was easy, everyone would embrace it without delay. Commitment, in my opinion, is understanding that there will be slips but the desire to create something different outweighs everything. So each day, a commitment is made to do the best that one can, to understand the psychology of change, and to embrace techniques that allow one to acquire a new habit more easily.

Commitment is the desire to change and the preparedness to do what it takes to achieve what you want. This can encompass all sorts of issues, being prepared to ask and answer those difficult questions, take risks, understand and celebrate strengths, share vulnerabilities ...... It is different for each individual and this exploration of self helps us build true understanding and develop a level of self acceptance that enables us to 'be' more effectively in the world. And by the way that acceptance doesn't always mean you will like everything that you find, it just means that you can accept how you are perfect and imperfect, just like everyone else.

Commitment is a deep sense of purpose one feels toward oneself or another, or even to an ideal or principle. That sense of purpose becomes commitment when it is backed by a willingness to take action, particularly action that we know will be difficult.

Commitment grows us as people because it is what allows us to stretch beyond what our previous capabilities were. If we give up too soon, we may never learn what this opportunity was going to teach us. Sticking with the challenges in life and seeing them as opportunities shifts our perspectives and helps us gain self confidence and a sense of inner balance.

However, some people go beyond commitment into dysfunction because they feel a sense of obligation and guilt when someone else is asking them for a commitment and they feel they cannot say no. So learning how to say no can be just as important as learning how to give a commitment with yes. That word "no" is often the commitment we make to ourselves.

Commitment is the notion of having a defined share of decision-making power on a given task, issue or responsibility. It is what builds self-trust and strong relationships. When broken, it leads to judgmentalism and non-love.

Commitment comes from an innate feeling of appreciation of yourself and what you do. So it's a bit of a chicken and egg thing - what comes first - commitment or "development"? Well, we don't really need to know. But it's a joy to experience, both!

Commitment is the transformation of a promise into reality. Words of commitment speak boldly of your intentions. And the actions which go along with them speak louder than the words. It is the perseverance and dedication to making the time when there is none. Coming through time after time after time, never faltering in following your life's purpose. Commitment is the stuff in which character is made of; The power to change the face of things. It is the daily triumph of integrity over skepticism. The commitment to the determination to change only what you can in your life and to move yourself steadily from A - a point you don't want to be - to B - a point you wish to be in.

Commitment can be a way of being, an action and a result. At different moments it can and will become a different stage in the evolutionary process of every human being. In a process of development of a human being commitment can be a starting point where according to the level of output and effort, a process will begin. The commitment can become an action, where a level of awareness, urgency and focus take place and elevate the quality of action of the human being. Then commitment can become a result when we move thru life with a sense of passion and integrity where commitment is not activity, rather beingness in action.
