I just love seeing how my art makes people smile...
It's really something to see a "small child at Christmas" smile on an adult.

Life is bizarre,reality is subjective and my drawings are very very detailed.
My message is to allow me to bring out the true beauty of any subject and portray it through my art. I am privilege to see aspects of the subject that others cannot see. I wish to bring out those unique features for all to see.
never leave your childrens side. love them with your whole body & mind. make them 1st in your world<3
Eat.
Sleep.
Be happy!
Make others happy!
It is OK to like things. And Ok to change your mind.
Live a real life (for yourself and honestly). This is the best you can do for others. And learn and keep learning. They say that after 40 you no longer learn. This is a lie. At 43 I learned how to windsurf (which I did not manage at 21). We must learn to learn in different ways throughout our stages of life.
Support the arts! Support artists! Love art!
I suppose it's a kind of storytelling and putting something of myself out there for people to see, but more so that from myself which we share. The currents beneath the surface that move in all of us, curiosity, thirst, hope, love, fear, etc... Maybe by exploring within we can conclude some questions about the world beyond.
My medium is also important to me as I work mainly with reclaimed material. Old cardboard, rusty metal, vintage papers, discarded wood and bits of junk. Working this way and transforming such materials, for me is a kind of alchemy and resourcefulness is more important than having the "right" things. In a society where so much is wasted and consumerism dictates it's shiny aesthetics, a rebellion is necessary.
To do something for others, have a good feeling of it and make some profit out of it as well... Im not going to lie.
Be yourself.
Stay creative with an open mind. Take opportunities when they are offered. Some things only come once in a life time. |
