What is the most important thing you have learned from experience?
To stay true to myself and to create within limits.
If you want something bad enough, and are willing to work your ass off, you can get it.
That design is more than the way it looks. Its interactive, dynamic and organic. Its how people use it that is the real reason why is should be created.
Persistence.
The world functions on creative energy!
Once I had a challenging technical problem. When I got to the people who were the world experts on that problem part, I got answers fast. If it was only that easy all the time....
Don't try to please everyone. It's impossible, and even if it wasn't, it's better to be decisive than wishy-washy.
There is no goal, only process.
Patience. The writer's bane is the whole Waiting Game that they have to agonize through. It'd be better to know right then if your stuff will be published or not. All that time having to wait and what are you getting accomplished?
Sure, I could write another story, and that's what I do, so, yeah, I am getting something accomplished, but what about getting published? You don't know anything until you finally get a response in the mail, and if it's a rejection letter, well I feel that I've wasted some time and could have ventured off to someone else I was planning on going to next.
It's like waiting for nothing.
But there's always that chance I guess. It's still frustrating. I'd just rather know. Suspense is a killer. Haha!

Take opportunity by the horns and go with it. When the mortgage business turned South, I learned to never take business opportunities for granted again.
That there is nothing wrong with the words "I don't know".
keep trying, work hard, believe in your ideas, have passion, and know that you will win.
