People are resistant to change. No matter how much evidence you have to improve something, oftentimes people stick with what they've always been doing. In my industry, that's how people fail. You have to constantly educate yourself.

that there are alot of people who can talk all day long about something and have no idea how it works in real life. if you dont fail sometimes you wiil forget how to succeed
Be clear with people about what is expected for everyone. Practice having good boundaries. Don't take things personally.
