What is the most important thing you have learned from experience?
Always to listen to what people are saying and NEVER assume anything.
Many things of course. But, a few worth mentioning here are:
That you can never have the self-confidence to sell a product if you are not more knowledgeable about it than your client.
That you have to know about your competition to be successfull.
Besides, all these years of persuading people to spend their money, and all this communication with people also taught me to be patient.
Don't give up the first time that you encounter a challenge in your profession of choice, stick with it and you will be rewarded.
Dery: Its not a competition of who can dance best... Its an art to let creativity help you express yourself!
Business is business.
To have open mind - always and never judge people before you get to know them.
Failure is an event, not a person. I've learned to love myself and be forgiving of myself.
Talent, passion and persistence will take you incredibly far. What will get you even further are good manners and a little humility.
