What is the most important thing you have learned from experience?
Always to listen to what people are saying and NEVER assume anything.
Many things of course. But, a few worth mentioning here are:
That you can never have the self-confidence to sell a product if you are not more knowledgeable about it than your client.
That you have to know about your competition to be successfull.
Besides, all these years of persuading people to spend their money, and all this communication with people also taught me to be patient.
Don't give up the first time that you encounter a challenge in your profession of choice, stick with it and you will be rewarded.

To have open mind - always and never judge people before you get to know them.
Be yourself
Failure is an event, not a person. I've learned to love myself and be forgiving of myself.
