Cases where I feel I can deliver a value-added for the client are the most rewarding. In the transactional context that means making the client money. In the litigation context, that means either creative problem resolution, on the one hand, or delivering the client's message to judge or jury in a powerful way, within a budget.
the criminal mind and the child sex slavery. understanding why such bad cases happend to children's ,so sad.
I handle a broad range of civil lawsuits including fire claims, wrongful death claims, insurance claims and cases where people have sustained very serious personal injuries. I also represent small businesses in lawsuits against larger companies, and, I regularly represent policyholders who are suing their insurance companies.
Any cases that deal with the loss of personal data, my recent blog is the result of an MP who had been putting out personal papers for recycling (very green) but a local resident was coming along and removing some of them from each bag. Now who is the criminal here? Find out at my blog page http://kpgps.wordpress.com/2011/11/14/is-vince-cable-really-guilty-of-a-dp-breach-what-about-the-blagger/
Cases involving the Internet and/or privacy issues. Internet defamation or cyberbullying cases are also interesting. I don't like bullies.
I find discrimination and TUPE claims interesting to deal with.
Case law does not affect the type of law that I practice in residential and commercial conveyancing.
