In the future there will be no low-cost brands. Just like jobs being outsourced to India we, in turn will outsource to Africa in the future.

There have always been low cost brands. They are now owning that and re-branding themselves in a positive light. I think it's great. Not everyone is a millionaire or wants to spend all their money on expensive bands. 


I think it's a good thing that these brands exist because not everyone has all that money to spend on expensive stuff. 


It meets a need for consumers which is subject to current fiscal state of the local and or national economy. Most products are every bit as good as the brand name products for a fraction of the cost. I think that low cost brands will continue to be purchased even after the economy picks up again. Consumers will have become moe savvy and having perhaps struggled at times to provide for families they will be less likely to jump straight back into the 'BRANDS' trap again. 


low cost brands has some good quality and some products might require lot of attention from the consumer to re check ...
