 | What did you study? What did you specialize in? currently student completing law |
 | What has been your professional experience in the arena of law? How long have you been in the profession? before studies, have worked in the governnmet agency and the ministry as a legal officer. been about one year |

 | What types of cases interest you most? mostly criminal cases, but i end up with environmental law cases |
 | How do clients find you? Why do you think they choose you? i have not yet been working with clients, just government |
 | How do you set your rates? Does it have to do with time commitment , what is at stake, or with the financial ability of the client? i dont. not yet anyway. however, since i am employed at the government, i have a fixed rate |
 | How do you sell a client on the strategy you develop for litigation? not yet sold any |
 | Clients can sometimes be emotionally upset. How do you get them to adopt a realistic and rational attitude? havent exactly gone to taking adoptive measures |
 | What do you do when your gut says your client is lying to you? stick with my insticts, they dont lie,. |
 | Have you ever defended someone's innocence while knowing with certainty that he/she was really guilty? nope |
 | What reasons would you have for not taking on a case? How would you justify it? knowing somewhat the client is guilty |
 | What strategy is usually effective, an aggressive and intimidating one, or one that seeks a reasonable compromise? both, or sometimes neither, |
 | Is it important to know beforehand the personality and habits of the judge that is going to decide the case? not really. it depends on what sort of case i am handling. |
 | Is courage needed to practice your profession? yup. definitely . |
 | What is justice? Is there a way to measure it, or is it only a sentiment? justice cannot be measured. however, it can be brought and given |
 | Should the social repercussions of a sentence, i.e., the message that it sends to society, be kept in mind? some times, on reasonable grounds, yes |
 | DNA analysis has revealed some serious judicial errors in the past. Isn't that a sufficient argument for abolishing the death penalty? past is past and cannot be undone, however, amendments to the law, can be justifiable.

 | Is it acceptable ethically to think of a lawsuit as a business opportunity? no. though some people actually think it as so |
 | A video shows the guilt of the defendant, but because it was recorded illegally it is not admissible as evidence and the defendant goes free. Is this absurd justice? no. since there is no evidential proof, and as that is how the legal system works, only once there is a way found out through which this video may be proven to be taken legally, then it coiuld be present to the court as evidential material, there is no absurdity to justice |
 | What do you see as the strengths and weaknesses of the jury system? the jury system comes with many strengths and weaknesses.
for once, they are people of normal backgrounds, unaware of the law, and most of the legal system by it self, however, on the other hand, they are of common people, and of normal mentality, provided for which they have the thinking of that of a reasonable man, which is different from that of a judge, so the sentence or verdict from jury will be different and mostly, effective on the part of defendant, |
 | Is it necessary to maintain a costly and slow justice system in order to avoid a flood of irrelevant cases? yes, and no.
yes, flood of relevant cases may be avoided

 | How do you see the defense of royalties in an increasingly digital future? from where i come from, royalties defenses have not much been increasing, |
 | Is the amount of attention paid to crime by the mass media excessive? no |
 | What continuing education do you receive in order to keep up-to-date? yes, and as opportunities may come yes |
 | Where are you headed professionally? What would you like to be doing five years from now? practicing law. and heading towards becoming an independent lawyer |
 | What advice can you give someone with an interest in pursuing this profession? as long as your heart and mind are set on doing this, choose it as your carrier, however, if you ever feel that this is a profession that could lead to easy money; this is'nt the right choice for you.
