| How did you begin making music? Who introduced you? We all began bangin' on lunch tables, garbage cans, lockers, on bus seats, or anywhere outside posted up causing trouble. |
| What was your musical education? Some piano, turntables and samplers. A little bit on a drum kit. |
| When did you realise that making music could be a way of life for you? I just remember listening to RUN DMC in the 80's and instantly knowing that this was something I understood on a different level. |
| What is your creative process? Clear my mind and just let things come out naturally. |
| When do you have your most lucid moments, in the morning or night? I think that in the morning, when I'm fresh and clearheaded. |
| Have you ever awoken with a melody created from your dreams? Yes |
| How do you know when a song is finished or needs no more changes? I don't. You never know what a hit song will sound like. |
| How did you discover your creative territory? How would you describe it? Just in feeling satisfaction in what I'm doing creatively. |
| What part of your job is your least favourite? Editing |
| How often do you practice? I get down in the studio about twice a week. |
| How do you feel right before going out on stage? Definitely somewhat nervous, but having a good time. |
| Which musicians or groups have been inspiring to your career? I've been inspired by Michael Jackson, RUN-DMC, Wu-Tang Clan, Lionel Richie, DMX, Totally Insane |
| List three songs that are key to your life. I don't really have any. |
| What should be done to stop piracy? Thats a broad subject. May answer is way too extensive to break down in a few words. |
| What type of music do you detest? I don't hate any music, but generally House music (rave music) is not my first choice. |
| What time did you get up this morning? About 10:30 am. |
| How do you sell yourself? What has been your experience with record companies and representatives? I just try to be myself. |
| What other things have you done to make a living? I've worked an office job, but mostly I waited tables at my pops restaurant. |
| Have you ever played on the street or in the subway? How much did you collect each day? No |
| Who would you play with, without a doubt? The Beatles |
| What advice would you give to someone starting out in the business? Have a good time. |
