| How would you define your design style? My design style is adaptable yet intense.

| How do you promote and move your work? Interact with all walks of life and accentuate the positive.

| Shapes, color, concept: where do you usually begin when conceiving a design? It's all important to understand the brief!
Graphic interpretation along with communication
is important. All the bells and whistles come later! |
| What are your sources for documentation and to generate ideas? It can be anything.
It again depends on what the particular
design piece is trying to communicate! |
| Which festivals or awards in your field do you find most interesting? I dont believe that awards bring success to a client.
Winning awards are one thing. Happy clients another! |
| What is your favourite type of customer? My favourite type of customer is one who allows
me to utalise my expertise in the most effective way without
negative input all the time. Kinda like a patient trusting the surgeon! |
| To a certain point, is copying justifiable? Plagirsm is a SIN!
It is ok to borrow ideas from something else and interpret it your own way because you might have had the exact same idea.
Guess it's how you treat it! |
| List some things you dislike seeing in design. Hate stuff that has been computer generated without thought!
Bad use of colour and slap stick layout! |
| Do you believe the newer generations are better at designing? I believe the newer generations are her at the right time.
I don't believe better but instrumental as a reference to our time.
I believe the newer generation can learn as much from the older
as we can learn from them. |
| With which type of client would you decline in working for? Clients who have a bad track record, fly by nights and
clients who have no understanding of the process of advertising and design. |
| How do you calculate budgets for a design project? It really depends on what budget my client. |
| Which professionals in your field -contemporary or past- do you most admire? Having worked with some greats in my time.

interpretation and so much more. |
