What is expected of you in your job, and how do you accomplish it?

I'm expected to deliver the best results for my hard working clients and I accomplish that by continually staying updated on the latest news and trends that make up the Toronto real estate market. I stay focused on providing the absolute best service possible for my clients; the type of service I would expect of someone else for myself. Continuing education is a key ingredient to my success as a REALTOR and only helps to ensure I'm providing the excellent service my clients have come to expect of me.

Do you usually attended seminars or coursework to advance your professional work or would you consider yourself a more self-taught person?

I am a huge advocate of continued education. This allows me to stay on top of my industry and continually offer the best service my clients have come to expect of me!

When did you realise that your work was being considered important and that it could possibly take you places?

I started in this business at a young age, my family has deep ties with the real estate industry. In fact, my mother (who herself is a top REALTOR in Toronto) has been a huge mentor over the years and now, after 10 years of working in the business I can say I learned some of the best business practices from her and have been able to improve them with the fresh outlook i bring to the table.

Which goals have you focused on in your professional career?

Being the best I can be has always been the driving force behind my success in life. I always strive to be better.

What do you do to manage stress?

I spend a little more time with my 9 month old daughter... she has really changed the way I view life and spending time with her seems to melt away any stress I may have.
