 | What is "news"? NEWS stands for North East West South (Actually, means everything which happens in these zones of the world and covers them). |
 | To you, what is objectivity? Narrating NEWS or turn of events in the shortest possible manner i.e it should be precise and to the point with no corruption by way of personal opinion. |
 | What is the best headline you have ever read? Can’t recall, but I like ZAK THE RIPPER. I gave this one when bowler Zaheer Khan ripped through the opposition batting line-up. |
 | What headline would you like to see printed one day in the newspaper? Depends on the copy. |
 | Which paper do you buy on Sundays? Where do you read it? The Times Of India |
 | Does freedom of expression end where the editorial line begins? It’s true in many cases as often editorial guidelines are governed by the management. |
 | Do you feel that analytical and investigative journalism is being lost? Yes |
 | With a camera on every mobile phone, is every citizen becoming a correspondent? That’s what it seems like at the moment. |
 | How would you explain the boom of the tabloid press? It’s simple, people love to read gossip and tabloids satisfy that urge. |
 | What is your position regarding the right to privacy of famous people? Everyone is entitled to his or her personal space, be it a celebrity or a common man. |
 | What can you teach us about the art of the interview? An interview usually is elaborate, that doesn’t mean whatever the interviewee says gets published. But yes, the interviewer should refrain from asking silly and worthless questions. |

 | What are your thoughts of the free papers distributed in cities? Not a bad idea! After all, a newspaper makes its money via advertisements and not through sales. |
