 | When did you start cooking? Who got you started in this art? My parents cook with simple ingredients but they like to try new things. So i tryed many things too and realized, that i like many meals my parents would never cook. I love Seafood and Sushi but nobody else in my family likes sushi. | What is your favorite cooking gadget? My Hands ;)
No seriously i dont have many different gadgets But i hate kitchens without at least one sharp knive. |
| Do you sometimes find yourself eating junk-food? Definetly. I like good food but i can also eat a burger with joy. Of course i don't eat this Stuff every day. |
| What do you think about molecular gastronomy in terms of introducing chemical elements into dish preparation? It's funny and some mealy can be very nice, but i think its not good to use it as standalone. Having molecular stuff in every meal makes it boing. |
