PROFESSION
What is your profession? What is your title printed on your business card?
Professional Organizer, Speaker and Writer
What is expected of you in your job, and how do you accomplish it?
I help others create time and space in their busy lives. If you are overwhelmed with clutter and don't know where to start, I can help! I create personalized solutions, based on personality and time constraints.
What links do you have on the Internet: website, blog, social networks?

How do you feel about speaking in front of an audience? What experience have you had in this arena?
I love speaking in front of a group of people as a workshop facilitator. Audience members are very interactive and I love the energy! It is a fun way to learn to create new habits. Creating valuable time and space in one's life is conducive to a healthier lifestyle.
What do you do to manage stress?
I live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy life to the fullest. I am a firm believer in balance in all things, so I keep that in mind to avoid extremes. I maintain a positive attitude and I am a happy person who embraces anything that is out of my control (What we resist, will persist). Exercise is important to me, I excercise on a regular basis. Family and friends are also very important to me and I make time to socialize. "Giving back" is something I do on a regular basis, volunteering is a win-win for everyone!
WRITING
What is your creative process like? What happens before sitting down to write?
Most times, an idea hits me when I am most relaxed, like just before falling asleep or during a walk. Once it starts, the ideas flow easily. I keep paper and pen by my bed so that I can quickly write an outline before sleeping.
ENTREPRENEUR
How did the entrepreneurial spirit rise up in you? Were you exposed to entrepreneurship in your family or your social environment when you were a child?
I started making my own income from age 11. I had a Lemon Aid stand on Yonge St-a prime location! I later babysat and would arrange "group family nights so I could double and sometimes triple my income in one night. My best night was New Year's Eve. I would create all types of merriment tools for everyone to make noise for the countdown. Of course, fun snacks were aplenty. I think we had more fun than the parents!
HARMONY
What is your specialty? How do you help people find harmony?
I help create time & space in busy lives. With personalized solutions and a will to maintain, anyone can find harmony in their busy lives.
COACH
What must the person you are helping contribute?
A will to develop a new habit. It's okay to start slow and take baby steps. The end result will be the same.
