 | What subjects do you teach? What types of students do you have? english,start at elementary until seniour high school |

| How have your past experiences prepared you for teaching? How did you become interested in education? in Indonesia I taught my student to solve their problem english subject in their school by coming to theirhouse |
| Who was your most influential teacher and why? Marioteguh,because he is a motivator. so when I felt weak I could wake up to teach my student. |
| What is your educational philosophy? always give the best for my student and teach the humanity to make them realise about their sorrounding |
| What is the most challenging aspect of teaching for you? by giving or transferring the knowledge in can make another person survive in this life |
| What kind of relationship do you have with your students? sometime I could be their friends and sometime I could be their mother depends on the situation |
| What is the secret to instilling interest in knowledge? never give up to learn the knowledge until you die |
| What is your philosophy on homework and grading? be an useful person toanother |
| Is it possible to teach creativity? how? yes of course.try to create the new method when teach the student,it means not use the same technique cause it could make students bored |
| How do you establish authority? What do you do when a discipline problem arises? by reading a lot.try to share with my friend how to get the best solution |
| How do you individualize your teaching? How do you handle the different ability levels of students in classes? I teach with my soul so my student always like when I teach them. try to make the material easy for them to understand. and for the clever student I make a different questioner based on their ability |
| What cooperative learning means to you. How have you used it? like a friendship learning. so my student can enjoyable when follow my class |
| What do you expect from your supervisor? What qualities would you like to have in your principal? I hope that the supervisor could help me to build my creativity. the best working |
| What issues in education are of greatest concern to you? how to make my student be able to speak in English fluently and how to make them easy to do the English test in structure,reading, and listening |
| Would it be a good thing if teachers had economic incentives based on student performance? I think yes because everything need a cost. if the teacher has a good income they could be more concentrate with their work |
| Besides more financial resources, what do today's schools lack? the communication between the teacher and the goverment's decition |
| What are some ways you have incorporated technology into the classroom. Sometime I teach my student with multy media system |
| In light of new technologies, do we need to reinvent the school, its methods and objectives? yes I do because there are still many school in Indonesia lacking in methods and objectives |
| If you could create the ideal school, what would it be like? I will try to build the school that has international curricula with the complete facilities and the good out put qualities. everyone could study in this school if they past for the test with the free.every students who study in this school will enjoyable and will be proud.in this school the student can choose what kind of subject they want to master,they can learn everything |
| What do you think schools will be like in 20 years? school global for all. the students in every country could learn together to improve the knowledge in the world |
| What are your professional goals? Where do you want to be in five years? I want has an international school with a good attitude.In Singapore ore Brunaidarussalam |
