Interview with:Michelle Krieger [makrieger]
SCIENCE
 | What do you investigate? What is at the heart of your research? I primarily investigate psychological phenomena in the social and forensic realms. Recent projects include my Master's thesis on juror attitudes toward science and scientific evidence evaluation, and an ongoing project on juvenile psychopathy with faculty from The Chicago School. |
 | What would be your dream to work on for your next research project? I am especially interested in the relationship between technology and sexual offending and would love to establish a body of work in this emerging area. Ideally, this body of work would evolve into a number of education-based early intervention programs for youth. |
PSYCHOLOGY
 | Which is your specialty in psychology? My training is in Forensic Psychology, with an emphasis on the theory and treatment of sexual offending. In addition to clinical work, I have a solid background in psychological research.
I have two undergraduate degrees from the University of Windsor, a BFS(H) in Forensic Science and a BA(H) in Psychology, as well as a Master's degree from The Chicago School in Forensic Psychology. |
