 | What is your professional background? What did you do before? 10 years in IT programming. I worked in a community college as a programmer until October 2010. |

 | Lessons learnt on user interface design Remember the first rule of interface design, "Don't make me think when I come here!" It is crucial to have good placement of call to actions! |
 | Do you work by yourself, or in a team? how is that team? Mostly by myself, but, on a few larger scale projects, I have enlisted the aid of others to get things done quicker/better! |
 | What is the secret to keeping customer expectations under control in interactive development? Preparing the customer for the project BEFORE they hire you. I do this by referring them to an article on my blog that helps them organize their project by gathering all the pertinent information needed to get their job done. |
 | What was your first computer, and which is your current? My first computer was an old Atari that took at least 10 minutes to get into a "word processor" that is less than the equivalent of Microsoft's WordPad.

 | Do you think the digital gap is a social problem? What would you do to accelerate digital literacy? Definitely. I try to educate those I can about the proper use and dangers of using the internet and other digital means of communication. |
 | What were you doing in March 2000, at the height of the "dotcom bubble"? Working in my cousin's factory as a laborer... I started taking computer programming in June 2000. |

 | What do you see interesting about the Web 2.0 phenomenon? Slicker, sleeker web applications made possible by technologies such as, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, etc. |
 | What would you do to terminate Internet spam once and for all? I use http://www.cloudflare.com as a DNS gateway for my and all of my clients that I host for. |
 | Will bandwidth one day cease to be a limitation? Yes, just a matter of time. |
 | Your tips to make money online Be honest and, when you get a client, treat them like royalty! |
