 | What is your specialty? Interiordesign and stylist. Also doing trend forcasts within interiordesign. |

| What made you interested in design? It all started in fashion, working for H&M when i was working as decorator. Just love to combine colors and materials to make a perfect combination.
After that i started my own buissnes with interior products. |
| What has been your professional career path? I worked for Iittala Ab and Fiskars Sweden with shopfitting, market and social media. Then started my design and interior blog http://www.henricks-tankegangar.com and my own buissnes as an interior designer. |
| Have you received any awards for your work in the field of design? None, but iīve made my self a name after that i done a interior job for actor Dolph Lundgren and several big companies |
| What is your motivation? What makes you get up in the mornings? I hve a huge passion for my work and my companies. To create different work everyday is the best of it |
| How would you define your design style? Functional, glamour and always a bit of extra thought. Also love New England style |
| How do you promote and move your work? By social media, my blog and different magazines. I just did a interior design job for the Hollywood star Dolph Lundgren, that ended in august, so my clients are well awere about that and itīs really good advertise for my new projects.
I also been in several magazines in Sweden with my house, blog and moltazdesignshop. |
| In which new areas would you like to experiment? Would like to try out textile prints and different textures |
| Shapes, color, concept: where do you usually begin when conceiving a design? Always does an analyse of costumer and after that a moodboard |
| What are your sources for documentation and to generate ideas? Throu work and blogs. Always have paper and pen with me. Sometimes even a rock or a tree can inspire me |
| Which festivals or awards in your field do you find most interesting? All kinds of cultural festivals |
| What is your favourite type of customer? A person a can work with to find out what he/she really wants. Sometimes they vcant see it themself |
| To a certain point, is copying justifiable? you can be inspired to create something new, but dont think copying is a right way to go |

| Do you believe the newer generations are better at designing? no, no, no |
| With which type of client would you decline in working for? A client that cant give me free creative space |
| How do you calculate budgets for a design project? By hour, i know how long time somethings take to do. Beeing realistic about all the time i put into a job |

| Which software applications do you most utilize in your work? InDesign |
| Up to what point do your designs reflect your personality? i alway adapt my own personal touch to my designs but also keeping the costumer in focus |
| How do you distinguish passing fads from mainstays in new trends? always mix them and doing alot of reseach in trends (fashion and interior) |
| If you weren't a designer, what would you be doing? Working with kids |
| At this moment, what would be your dream job or project? To work with a hotel or with a catalogue |
| Can you see yourself in this field twenty years from now? Absolutely! |
