PROFESSION
 | What is your profession? What is your title printed on your business card? Managing Director |
| What did you study and why did you choose to study that field? Art & Design and Graphic Design - I always wanted to be a graphic designer, this was years before the internet was public! |
| What is expected of you in your job, and how do you accomplish it? I have to make sure that it all runs smoothly, from meeting new potential customers, planning projects, producing artwork, delivering training, to all the back end stuff such as ensuring the paperwork is up to date. I have lots of help which enables me to be involved in many aspects of the business. |

| What do you do to manage stress? My family are very supportive and I go to the gym on a regular basis. |
CREATIVITY
| How and why did you begin to be creative? At school, I always loved drawing, painting and making. |
| Your mind is your work tool. How do you take care of it? Regular exercise |
| Have you ever had a job that was so stimulating that you could not get your mind off of it? Running my own company, it occupies way more brain space then it should. I love my job and every days holds new challenges. |
| How is an idea sold? if you belive in an idea and you are passionate about it, then will come across when talking about it. That is what will sell an idea. |
DESIGN
| What is your specialty? I love branding and this links to all the social media work that i do to help build brands. |

| How would you define your design style? Uncluttered |
| How do you promote and move your work? I do lots of networking both online and offline. I have a good network of people who I have worked for who also help to promote my work and services. |
| Shapes, color, concept: where do you usually begin when conceiving a design? Shapes, playing around, we have an ideas sessions, which will then get refined. |
| To a certain point, is copying justifiable? Not really but it is a form of flattery. |

I blog about design, social media, business subjects and networking. |
| What was it that made you create your blog? On what date did you start it? I started blogging to share my knowledge and help others to expand their knowledge. |
| What blogging system have you adopted and why? I use blogger, I used Wordpress for a while but find blogger easier to use. |
| Have you created relationships with other bloggers or readers of your blog? I'm just starting to, i have joined a few blog forums and this is helping to build relationships with other bloggers as well as being a great resource. |
| How often do you post? Does regular posting of your blog require a lot of effort on your part? I try and blog every 7 to 10 days, now I am in the swing of things it's quite easy, my posts are quite short and I always try and include an image or two to make it more visually appealing. |
| How do you promote your blog? Mainly online, through social media and posting about blog posts. |
