 | What is your profession? What is your title printed on your business card? Which card? I am a professional ADD person. My main card has no title. When forced to fill in a job title, I use "Senior Consultant". |
| What did you study and why did you choose to study that field? Originally, physics. Why? For exactly that reason, to answer the question "why?" |
| What is expected of you in your job, and how do you accomplish it? Many, many things. By building teams and working long hours and working long hours and working long hours... |
| Are you satisfied with the education that you received? Mostly. Most of what I know I've learned by reading on the subject, combined with practice. |
| In which areas have you thought of building upon your education? Too many to list. There is only so much time available. |
| In which tasks are you good at, and in which could you better yourself? Good at starting, not so good at delegating. |
| Do you usually attended seminars or coursework to advance your professional work or would you consider yourself a more self-taught person? Self-taught, definitely. |
| With which types of persons do you feel you work well with as a team? People with a flair for operations, keeping things running. Organized people who can help maintain focus. |
| Which goals have you focused on in your professional career? Doing interesting work. |
| Which publications associated with your field do you regularly read? None. When I want an answer, I'll look for it. |
| Which languages do you speak, and how have you learned them? English, buy osmosis, practice, and writing. |
| Do you have a website or blog? How was the process in making it? Does it accomplish the purpose for which it was created? I have several. The process of creating it essentially has defined the business I'm in. Some have accomplished their purpose, some need... attention. |
| How do you feel about speaking in front of an audience? What experience have you had in this arena? I've done presentations to mid-sized groups. As long as what I'm saying is of genuine interest to the audience and I believe in the message, I think it's fun. |
| Do you attend cocktail parties, presentations, fairs or conventions related to your profession? Yes. I'm lead organizer for two groups that relate to my profession. |
| Have you explored the social networks for professionals online? Are you member of any of them? Yes. I have profiles everywhere, including here. |
| How is the Interent changing the way you work? The Internet defines the way I work. |
