Organic and american made home furnishings.

I worked in fashion for ten years, and moved on to start Ortolan Organic so I could have fun and design with my sister Jenna, who is an illustrator.
What is your motivation? What makes you get up in the mornings?
To know there is a better way and a cleaner way to design is the founding ideal behind Ortolan.

Sort of classic and a little weird.
How do you promote and move your work?
Happy clients and our website.
In which new areas would you like to experiment?

Shapes, color, concept: where do you usually begin when conceiving a design?
Concept for sure.

Plastic, plastic, plastic.
