 | What is your specialty? What does your work consist of? social care worker. i work with adults with special needs and care for all there day to day needs. |

| What types of clients do you have? Why do they come to you and what can you offer them? the clients are from eighteen years up and come to use the services of multi sensory unit, juzucci and sensory gardens. we have a workshop,garden centre and rt where they learn new skills to work in the community. |
| What is your definition of health, and of a healthy life? health is the health of a person and to keep a healthy life is your mental health,dental health,nutrictional health,pysical health. |
| What are some basic rules for those who want to live to be 100. to get exercise of 30 mins a day,to eat fresh fruit and veg,to eat and live healthy. to look after your mental health |
| Happiness and health: how much do they have in common, and how much myth is there in their relationship? happiness is good for your health as to be happy in body is to be also happy in mind. as stress has a lot of negitive attitudes to the body |
| Conventional medicine and alternative medicine: what is real and what is superstition? i think for things that are serious conventional medicine is the one that is tested and proved to work. |
| Can the mind cause or cure illness? What evidence do you have on the matter? i think it can cause illness due to stress and i think it can help to think positivity if you are sick but i dont think it can cure you |
| Do you recommend Vitamins and nutritional supplements? Do you believe their benefits have been proven? i think if you eat a healty balanced diet there is no need to take supplements. |
| Every day there is a new product to stop aging. Is it solace that we are really buying? yes i thinkk if u eat healty and look after your skin like staying out of sun will work work not creams |
| Obesity, insomnia, and depression, are epidemic. What does that say about our way of life? What must be changed at the social level? mmmore self isteem ,that you dont have to look like the fake people on mags and tv,that its not normal and its not all about looks. more people to talk about there mental health |
| What is your opinion on the use of medical marijuana for terminal illnesses. i think anything that will help people suffering from a terminal illnesses is a good thing |
| The patient/doctor relationship is part of the success of treatment. What should it be like? the doctor should listen to the patient and do there best to help the patient and to get to the bottom of the patients problem |
| Is it reasonable to treat a patient whose condition is hopeless, only for medical experimentation? if the patient agrees and if it can help future people |
| How do patient beliefs or superstitions effect recovery? it depends in what they beleive in if they dont beleive in medicine that could help them |
| What is the best way to give bad news to a patient? just to be honest with them and treat them with respect |
| What are the most frequent errors of slimming diets. not eating enough to be getting a balanced diet |
| Are too many unnecessary tests and x-rays performed in hospitals? yes they are as i have kidney stones and i was told last time they could work on my last xray but still made me go have another one |
| If someone consults you, what is your recommendation regarding cosmetic surgery and implants? to go with a good company not to go on the cheap and if its want you want to make you happy go for it,but it might not change how you feel inside,maybe try thearpy first |
| How many times have you guessed what was wrong with a patient only by looking at his/her face? yes if they where having a seizure |
| Would you change your profession for any another? would like to further on to maybe social work or helping in the community |
