 | What is your profession? What is your title printed on your business card? Designer |
| What did you study and why did you choose to study that field? Business minor in marketing- Had no Idea what i wanted to do but i assumed it would help/ |
| What is expected of you in your job, and how do you accomplish it? I work for myself so i only need to report to my customers. i am expected to create a line that sells. I do it by seeing what is missing in the industry and trying to fill that void. |

| In which tasks are you good at, and in which could you better yourself? I am good at all tasks, going in with a ton of projecets to get done is best for me. i am not a delegator, i think everyone else is to stupid to do anything or to explain it to them will take too long so i do everything myself. i design, do color forecasting, handle all overseas relations, do all tradeshows, computer imputting do all accounting handle all returns. i am not good with downtime. |

| When did you realise that your work was being considered important and that it could possibly take you places? when I saw my bank statement |

| With which types of persons do you feel you work well with as a team? none- i have one person who runs my stores I do all wholesale |

| How do you feel about speaking in front of an audience? What experience have you had in this arena? wont do it |

| How are you different from others in your professional sector? I dont like to chat- i don't like to pretend i am a designer- i admit i copy from others but just add changes, I dont want to be a household name i just want to make enough money to do whatever i want and not report to anyone |

| Would you relenquish some of your income in exchange for more free time? no have plenty of free time |
| What are the things you least like about your job? paperwork- everywhere |
| Besides your current profession, what other things would you have liked to have been? architect |
| What is the most important thing you have learned from experience? the harder you work the more you make and its all up to you |
| When you were young, what did you want to be when you grew up? no clue :) |
| Save some excpetions, do you believe professional and personal relationships should not be mixed? I married one of my accounts |
| Your Bible? My bible Earth. The sun- I live and breath by the weather- I am happiest by the ocean I an crabby in the cold I worship the sun and am in love with the fresh air. |
| How do you handle customer complaints? depends on the complaint- I TRY to be nice and explain return policies or why the sweater has a short body. but when i hang up the phone a scream |
| Someone wants to ask for a pay rise and they ask you for advice in how to approach the matter with their boss. What do you tell them? Work harder and they will get one all on their own without asking |
| What do you do to manage stress? I dont!!!! I need to do better. I stress alot and have no patience. i try to vacation a couple times in the winter and take mid june to mid aug off |
| What are the most common mistakes clients make when they judge your work? That I care what they think |
