| What is your philosophy on homework and grading? I dont like it. it takes the fun out of it and makes it a chore |
| Is it possible to teach creativity? how? no, but you can unlock the latent imagination |
| How do you establish authority? What do you do when a discipline problem arises? Listen, talk, listen again |
| Would it be a good thing if teachers had economic incentives based on student performance? absolutely not ! dont even go there!! |
| If you could create the ideal school, what would it be like? a giant playground where pupils gravitate to what matters most to them. We dont all need to be computer geeks or brain surgeons, some of us should be artists of every ilk. |
